Welcome to Proofflux, part of PROOFF Group LLC. This Refund & Payment Policy outlines the terms related to payments, refunds, and digital deliverables.

1. Digital Products (PDFs, Courses, Downloads)
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once access is granted or the file is delivered/downloaded, refunds cannot be issued.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing
2. Custom AI Services (Brand Photos, AI Systems, Automation)
For all custom services including but not limited to:
  • AI Brand Photo Creation
  • AI Automation Systems
  • AI Agents
  • Creative Production
The following terms apply:
• A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.
• Once work has started, payments become non-refundable.
• If cancellation occurs before work begins, a full or partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
  1. Revisions
    Custom creative services may include limited revisions as specified in your agreement.
    Revisions do not constitute grounds for refunds.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing our products or services, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks.
