• Consulting and implementation services

All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Service Delivery

• All services are customized based on client requirements

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity

• Work begins only after payment is received or agreed

  3. Intellectual Property

  All systems, workflows, automations, code, and materials created by Proofflux remain the intellectual property of Proofflux unless explicitly transferred in writing.

  Clients are granted a limited license to use delivered systems for internal business use only.

  Clients are not allowed to:

  • Resell or redistribute systems

  • Copy or reproduce materials for commercial use

  • Claim ownership of any AI systems or frameworks

    
    

    4. Client Responsibilities

    Clients agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information

    • Respond in a timely manner during the project

    • Provide access to required tools and platforms

    Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

    
    

    5. Limitation of Liability

    Proofflux is not responsible for:

    • Business losses or lost revenue

    • Indirect or consequential damages

    • Platform changes or restrictions (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, etc.)

    • Third-party service outages or failures

    • Account suspensions or bans on external platforms

    All services are provided on an “as is” basis.

6. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific financial or business results.

Performance depends on:

• Market conditions

• Client execution

• Industry factors

• Third-party platform performance

AI systems improve efficiency but do not guarantee profit.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as:

• OpenAI

• Meta / WhatsApp APIs

• Google services

• CRM platforms and automation tools

We are not responsible for:

• Downtime

• Policy changes

• API limitations

• Account restrictions

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment disputes occur without communication

• Fraud, abuse, or misuse is detected

• Terms and conditions are violated

9. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are non-refundable once work has started

• Refunds are not provided for completed digital services

• Payment plans must be completed as agreed
