1. How do you accept payments?

We accept all major credit/debit cards securely via Stripe, ensuring encrypted and PCI-compliant transactions. Bank transfers and invoices are available for business clients upon request.


2. When is payment required?

For high-ticket services, a 50% deposit is required upfront to reserve your project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of agreed milestones.


  1. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

All PROOFFLUX services are digital and custom-built, so once work begins including AI setup, creative production, or automation deployment payments are non-refundable.

If you cancel before work begins, a full or partial deposit refund may be considered.

4. Do you offer monthly retainers or subscriptions?

Yes, ongoing services like AI system maintenance or ad management are available on a monthly retainer, collected in advance via Stripe at the start of each billing cycle.

  1. Are payments secure?

Absolutely. Stripe ensures PCI-compliant, encrypted payment processing, protecting your financial information at all times.

  1. What happens if there’s an issue with my project?

We work in milestones with transparent communication. Any concerns are addressed immediately, and work only proceeds after your approval on each milestone.

  1. Can I switch between Done-For-You and Learn & Maintain after starting?

Yes, depending on the stage of your project. Additional fees may apply if switching requires extra work or adjustments to the scope.

  1. Can I pay in different currencies?

Yes, Stripe supports multiple currencies. The total will display in your local currency, with conversion handled securely by Stripe.

  1. How are digital deliverables provided?

All digital services (AI setups, ad creatives, automation systems, AI agents) are delivered securely online, via private links, dashboards, or cloud storage.

  1. Do you provide contracts or agreements?

Yes. All projects include a written agreement detailing scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms, ensuring clarity and legal protection for both parties.

  1. How do I know my investment will deliver results?

We document all results and provide transparent reporting for each milestone. Our goal is measurable AI growth for your business.

  1. Are there hidden fees or additional costs?

No. All pricing is clearly communicated upfront. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and approved before execution.
