1. About these terms

These terms are between you and Proofflux, part of Prooff Group LLC. Our services, such as Amazon Management, Menuflow and Commerce Automation, are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies to that service.

2. Digital products

Our digital products include Excel workbooks, templates, guides and ebooks. Each product page describes what is included and which software it works with. Please check this before you buy.

3. Buying and delivery

• Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
• After checkout you are sent to a private download page. Please save your files straight away and keep the page link private.
• If you need the files again, email info@proofflux.com from the email address you used to order, and we will help.
• Free products go through the same checkout so we can deliver the file and keep a record of your request.

4. Your licence to use the products

When you buy or download a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own business.

You may:

• Use the product for one business, including your team members.
• Edit, fill in and adapt it for your own use.
• Use the documents you create with it, such as your invoices and reports.

You may not:

• Resell, share, give away or publish the product or its files, in full or in part, whether edited or not.
• Upload it to a shared drive, website, marketplace or template library that others can access.
• Remove Proofflux branding from guides, or present the product as your own work.

The products and their content remain the intellectual property of Proofflux.

5. General information, not professional advice

Our guides and tools give general, practical information to help you run your business. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Amazon fees, VAT rules, WhatsApp policies and other rules change over time. Always check current information with the official source or a qualified adviser before you make decisions. You are responsible for how you use our products and for the numbers you enter into them.

6. No guaranteed results

Results depend on your business, products, pricing, market and many other factors. Client results shown on this website, such as our case study, are examples from one business and are not a promise of the same outcome.

7. Using this website

All content on proofflux.com, including text, design, images and logos, belongs to Proofflux unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy it, misuse the website, try to access private areas or interfere with how it works.

8. Other websites and services

Our website links to services run by others, such as Stripe, WhatsApp and Cal.com. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

9. Liability

We work hard to make our products accurate and useful, but they are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, and our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
