1. Who we are

Proofflux ("we", "us") is part of Prooff Group LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, or that is needed to deliver what you asked for.

• Contact form: your name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, your message, and the page you sent it from.
• WhatsApp, email and phone: the details and messages you send us when you contact us directly.
• Call bookings: the name, email and notes you enter when you book a call through Cal.com.
• Digital product orders: your name, email address, billing country and order details, received from Stripe when you complete a checkout, including for free products. We never see or store your full card number.
• Client work: when you hire us, the business and account information we need to deliver the service, as set out in your service agreement.

3. What we don't do

• We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking pixels on this website.
• We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We don't send marketing messages you have not agreed to.

4. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
• To deliver the digital product you ordered and help if you need the file again.
• To provide the services you hired us for, and to send invoices and receipts.
• To keep the records required by law, including tax records.
• If you get one of our free guides, we may email you about related guides and services. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Our own website does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser.

Services we link to, such as Stripe checkout and Cal.com, run on their own pages and may use their own cookies under their own policies.

6. Services we use

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the website and our business. They process information on our behalf or as independent providers:

• Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from attacks. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and basic browser details.
• Google provides the fonts on this website (which shares your IP address with Google when a page loads) and Google Sheets, where contact form requests are stored.
• Stripe processes payments and checkouts for our digital products.
• WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us on WhatsApp.
• Cal.com when you book a call.
• Our email provider when you email us.

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE, for example in the United States or the European Union. We choose providers that protect personal data with appropriate safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Orders, invoices and client records: for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records.
• Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email info@proofflux.com and we will reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information we are legally required to keep.

9. Security

We protect your information with access controls, secure connections (HTTPS) and trusted providers. No system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information, such as passwords or card numbers, through the contact form or WhatsApp.

10. Children

Our website and products are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
